How do I create an account?
Head to the Sign Up page, enter your email and a password, and verify your email with the code we send you. Once verified you can complete your profile and start connecting.
How do I reset my password?
On the Login page, choose 'Forgot Password'. We'll email you a secure link to set a new password.
Is BFF Compass free to use?
Yes. All core features — peer matching, messaging, and event discovery — are completely free for students.
How does buddy matching work?
We use your profile, interests, and goals to suggest compatible peers at your school. You can accept or decline each suggestion, and your feedback improves future matches.
How do I report inappropriate behavior?
Use the Report option on any message or profile. Our team reviews every report and takes action to keep the community safe.
How do I delete my account?
Contact our support team and we'll permanently remove your account and associated data. See our Privacy Policy for details on data deletion.
